SharePoint offers the power of Master Pages without requiring a developer to create the pages. Working within SharePoint Designer, our Web team was able to create the desired look without needing Visual Studio. This afforded us a much shorter time to market for our new Web site.
Content Management
SharePoint speeds content creation.
Empowering our Marketing and Human Resources staffs to create and author original content, in-place - on the Web site - rather than requiring technical support in converting content to HTML shortens the content creation cycle. Our technical authors can create content that is edited by our editorial staff and then reviewed by a technical editor. Final approval is handled by Marketing before publication. The entire workflow process is supported by out-of-the-box features of SharePoint.
Publication Management
SharePoint enables granular publication controls.
Content creation, approval and publication is handled by out-of-the-box workflow. Content may be "staged" by setting a publication date in the future.

SharePoint provides highly relevant search results, Key Words and Best Bets. We can configure the best bets to drive visitors to the most relevant content. Search reports let us see what visitors are looking for and craft our content and best bets to help them find relevant content.

Coming Soon: Agile Concepts is developing a “Premium Content” area for registered users, where they will have access to special publications, tutorials and the like. Forms-based authentication will enable visitors to register one time and manage their own password on the site.
