Videos

Often the easiest way to learn how to do something is to watch how it’s done. This section of the Productivity Hub is a collection of videos covering various aspects of the 2007 Microsoft Office system. The videos are organized by product and by difficulty level. If you’re new to Office, start with the beginning videos and work your way up.

Making Your Own Videos for the Hub

How do you learn new things? If you’re like most people, you learn by watching others. More people learn better by watching others than learn by reading or listening to instructions.

Consider this, if a co-worker asked you to do something, how would you answer them? Would you send them an elaborate step-by-step e-mail, or would it be easier to show them?

Now you can show the whole office your favorite time-saving features and you won’t have to deal with a line of people at your cubicle. You can make your own training videos and share them on the Hub. This section will teach you how.
